Ian had his own firm in Manchester for ten years prior to the merging of the Commercial and Property Departments with Perkins & Co in 2001 The Commercial Department caters for the needs of businesses and business people in the North West and beyond. It is experienced in acting for medium and large size SME’s in a variety of commercial activities, including MBO’s MBI’s, standard and structured transaction work, Joint Ventures, Corporate Finance and Shareholder Agreements. The Department also has wide experience in Partnership and Shareholder Disputes and subsequent restructuring, either through mediation or litigation. The firm also acts for a number of quoted companies located locally. Ian is a member of the CBI, the IOD and the Association of Partnership Practitioners.
Ian holds a number of directorships in companies in which he has an interest which include 2 AIM quoted Companies.

Keith Qualified in 1973. He is a partner with the firm. He has particular expertise in residential site acquisition and disposal acting for a number of well known national housebuilders.
